Introduction

Sufism is a mystical tradition within the muslim faith that for centuries has guided people toward oneness with God. Ist principles and application are universal. Though Sufism nourishes and is nourished by Islam, elements of Sufism are shared by mystical traditions throughout the world, including the Jewish Cabala, Zen Buddhism and the practices of Yamabushi mountain ascetics.

Ingo Taleb-Rashid is designed guardian and leader of centuries-old Naqshbandi-Rashidiya sufi tradition, emanating from Iraq, and director of El Haddawi Center for Harmonious Development of Mankind, Munich, Germany. He is also a dancer, choreographer and teacher of body movement. As such he developed the teaching system for body training „Movment Concept“. He travels extensively, instructing and performing and lives in southern Germany. He also teaches Japanese and Brazilian traditions of self-defense.

Shintaido means new body way.In the traditional martial arts of Japan,a thoroughly modern System of body movement has developed.More than simple health exercise, it is an art form, somewhat like brush calligraphy performed with whole body.This movement synthesizes individual expression withmeditative practise,energy awareness,and health exercises.

Goro Kimura is a designed Shintaido teacher in the line of Master Aoki with an experience of 15 years of practice in shintaido and martial arts. For over 200 times he guided people from different nationalities in the Taki-Gyo. A waterfall training from the old Shugendo tradition. He also actually teaches Shintaido to school children and is instructing old people to the benefits of Shintaido exercises. He lives in Kamakura and teaches here and around Tokyo.
